📋 Description

• Lead efforts to design, assess, prepare for, educate and respond to continuity and resiliency events • Manage certain lines of business, including unique geopolitical conditions • Develop and deploy tools and training suitable for a global audience • Conduct second-line risk assessments on the effectiveness of resiliency capabilities • Support senior business leaders in aligning available resources to priorities during a crisis response • Advise people managers in the department and across the broader organization on hiring, training, and performance management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Risk Management, or related equivalent experience • 5+ years Business Continuity or resilience experience in an insurance, reinsurance, or global financial services company • 5+ years of risk management experience (preferred) • 10+ years overall Operational Resiliency or Business Continuity experience (preferred) • Advanced knowledge and skills using business continuity and emergency notification tools • Advanced project management skills • Highly advanced people management skills • Advanced investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
