📋 Description

• You support our users with questions and issues related to our finance systems. • You help identify appropriate solutions. • You systematically analyze reported problems and ensure uninterrupted operation with a solution-oriented approach. • You recognize recurring issues early and document proven solutions. • You prepare complex support cases in a structured manner and work closely with the Finance teams and IT. • You contribute to the creation and maintenance of user guides and the documentation of our support and system processes.

🎯 Requirements

• You are enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field. • You have an interest in the interaction between business processes and IT systems and are willing to quickly learn new applications. • You have strong analytical thinking and enjoy investigating problems in a structured way to develop sustainable solutions. • A service-oriented working style and friendly, clear communication with different stakeholders come naturally to you. • Attention to detail, independence, and reliability round off your profile.
