📋 Description

• Manage projects and contracts, monitoring their execution, results, and compliance with contractual obligations • Manage institutional relationships with clients, leading alignment meetings and strategic requests • Coordinate internal teams to ensure project progress and resolve requests • Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and propose strategic initiatives • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in healthcare management • Monitor public tendering processes and public calls for proposals, from reviewing bid notices through contract formalization • Prepare and monitor technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements • Contribute to strategic healthcare projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • At least 2 years of experience in project management • Knowledge of contract management, planning, and results monitoring • Knowledge of public tendering processes, bid notice analysis, and technical proposals • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Willingness to travel • Completed postgraduate degree is a plus • Experience with public tendering processes and public-sector contracting is a plus • Knowledge of public administration and applicable legislation is a plus • Experience managing healthcare contracts and projects is a plus • Leadership, organization, and strategic thinking • Assertive communication and negotiation skills • Analytical and decision-making skills • Proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation • Ability to build relationships and manage strategic requests effectively
