📋 Description

• Work across accounting and finance functions • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable • Perform bank and financial reconciliations and monitor cash flow • Prepare management reports, income statements (DRE), and performance indicators • Classify and post accounting documents • Perform accounting reconciliations and analyze general ledgers and trial balances • Support monthly and year-end closing processes • Manage fixed assets and calculate depreciation • Prepare and review ancillary tax and accounting filings (ECD, ECF) • Support audits, tax inspections, and client requests • Assist with tax-related activities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing the full monthly accounting close process, preferably in accounting firms • Experience with companies under the Simples Nacional and Presumed Profit tax regimes, plus familiarity with the Actual Profit regime • Familiarity with financial routines related to the monthly closing process • Experience with financial BPO is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • Experience using accounting/tax systems and ERPs (Contmatic, Omie, and/or Conta Azul) • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • 1–3 years of professional experience
