📋 Description

• Execute accounting entries, reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, and perform ledger analyses. • Support the monthly accounting close, following the area's schedule and checklists. • Support maintenance of the chart of accounts, accounting master data and ERP configurations. • Contribute to intercompany reconciliations and basic consolidation. • Support controls over fixed assets, intangible assets and leases (CPC 27, CPC 04, CPC 06/IFRS 16). • Organize accounting and tax documentation. • Interact with internal areas (Finance, Tax, Controllership, HR/Payroll) to clarify transactions. • Contribute to dashboards and tracking spreadsheets for the close process and area KPIs. • Apply a digital mindset and explore how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting • Knowledge of basic accounting routines: journal entries, reconciliations and close. • Basic knowledge of corporate and tax legislation (CPCs, indirect and direct taxes). • Intermediate Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables). • Good written and verbal communication; organized and deadline-oriented. • Previous experience in a medium/large company, accounting firm or Big Four. • Familiarity with corporate ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or similar). • Interest in Tax Reform, IFRS and corporate accounting topics. • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications and concepts.
