📋 Description
• Work collaboratively between accounting and finance teams • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank/financial reconciliations and cash flow • Prepare management reports, DRE (Income Statement) and performance indicators • Classify and post accounting documents and entries • Perform account reconciliations, ledger and trial balance analysis, and support monthly and annual close • Manage fixed assets and calculate depreciation • Prepare and review ancillary/statutory filings (ECD, ECF) • Assist with audits, regulatory inspections and client requests • Support tax department activities as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in accounting and finance • Degree in Accounting (Bachelor's in Accounting) • Experience using accounting/tax systems and ERPs (Contmatic, Omie and/or Conta Azul) • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • 1 to 3 years of professional experience
