📋 Description

• Organize, review, and file accounting, tax, and administrative documents • Assist with accounting and tax routines • Import and review bank statements and invoices • Assist with bank reconciliations and review financial and accounting information • Manage digital certificates and official clearance certificates • Enter and update information in systems • Organize and update reports and internal controls • Follow up on outstanding items and organize documents • Identify inconsistencies and report them to the person responsible for the area • Update tasks and organize documents on digital platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, Management Processes, or a related field • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets • Comfortable working with numbers, documents, and systems • Good communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn • Responsible approach to tasks and deadlines • Availability to work 100% remotely • Currently enrolled in a higher education program
