• Pesquisar e identificar empresas com potencial para aquisição de uniformes; • Realizar prospecção ativa por meio de cold calls, e-mails, WhatsApp, redes sociais, etc.; • Realizar abordagem consultiva para compreender as necessidades do cliente; • Qualificar os leads com base em critérios como perfil, volume de compra, urgência e orçamento; • Agendar reuniões para os vendedores (closers); • Atualizar o CRM com o histórico de contatos e o andamento de cada lead; • Colaborar com o time de marketing na geração e nutrição de leads; • Acompanhar os indicadores de performance e propor melhorias no processo de prospecção.
• Ensino superior completo nas áreas de Administração, Marketing, Publicidade, Moda, Vendas ou afins; • Experiência anterior com atendimento comercial ativo; • Conhecimento em técnicas de prospecção B2B e funil de vendas; • Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e ERP; • Conhecimento em Pacote Office e/ou Google Workspace.
