📋 Description

• Actively prospect for new B2B clients • Make sales calls and business contacts • Present the company’s services • Identify business opportunities • Negotiate and close contracts • Follow up with clients and opportunities • Record and update information in the CRM • Meet the initial target of 150 calls per week • Track contacts and generated opportunities • Represent RHF Talentos in a sales capacity

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Experience in B2B sales • Experience with or familiarity with CRM systems • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Commitment and organization • Proactive approach • Ability to work toward targets • Desire for professional growth • Autonomy and accountability when working remotely • Own computer • Reliable internet connection • Availability to use a company-provided phone line • A dual-SIM-capable mobile phone is a plus • Knowledge of or experience in Human Resources is a plus • 1–3 years of professional experience
