📋 Description
• Prospect new companies and business opportunities for HR services. • Conduct commercial outreach and deliver institutional presentations of services. • Identify company needs and lead commercial negotiations. • Work on developing and managing client relationships. • Support the expansion of the consultancy's client portfolio.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in commercial/B2B sales. • Skill in active prospecting and new business development. • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. • Entrepreneurial, autonomous profile with a strong target- and results-orientation. • Suitable home office setup and organization to operate 100% remotely.
