📋 Description
• Publish job openings on the highest-converting channels • Conduct daily active sourcing through manual candidate outreach on social networks and talent databases • Screen candidates and schedule interviews • Keep the system updated to track open positions • Prepare candidate profile assessments • Submit delivery progress reports
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma • Knowledge of resume analysis and talent identification • Previous experience in recruitment and selection • Strong writing and communication skills, with a sense of urgency • Organization and commitment • Dynamic profile • Knowledge of the Pandapé platform is a plus
