📋 Description
• Post job openings on the highest-converting channels • Conduct daily active sourcing (manual candidate outreach through social networks and talent databases) • Screen candidates and schedule interviews • Keep the system updated to track open positions • Prepare candidate profile assessments • Submit progress reports on deliverables
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma • Knowledge of resume screening and talent identification • Previous experience in recruitment and selection • Strong writing and communication skills, with a sense of urgency • Organized and committed • Dynamic profile • Knowledge of the Pandapé platform is a plus
