📋 Description
• Structure and lead the team of mentors, sales representatives, and PM Boosters; • Operationalize and scale the PMAC, PMBooster and GTMSaaS verticals; • Create predictable revenue through new B2B initiatives; • Implement processes, routines and operational performance KPIs; • Manage the B2B sales funnel (companies, partnerships, and startups); • Manage finances, P&L and growth projections; • Support the development of pitches and fundraising materials; • Work alongside the CEO to execute the company's strategic vision and expansion.
🎯 Requirements
• Preferable experience in digital product startups, edtech, or SaaS; • Preferable background in growth and operations, with experience scaling products; • Preferable experience with fundraising (pre-seed or seed); • Preferable experience with info-products and digital marketing (D2C); • Preferable experience in structuring teams and processes.
