• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, focusing on affirmative hiring for people with disabilities (PWD) • Align job profiles with hiring managers and clients • Post job openings on strategic channels targeting PWD • Active candidate sourcing (headhunting) • Screening and interviews (online) • Present candidates to clients • Monitor the process through to job closure
• Experience in recruitment and selection • Knowledge or experience recruiting people with disabilities (PWD) • Familiarity with key channels, organizations, and platforms for sourcing PWD professionals • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented • Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment • Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, talent pools/databases, etc.)
