📋 Description

• Full management of e-commerce operations • Efficient resolution of customer and service provider issues • Analysis of market opportunities and implementation of strategies • Creation and management of promotional campaigns • Strategic product pricing • Daily order supervision and ensuring accurate fulfillment and shipping • Logistics management and resolution of shipping issues • Management of full-service inventory and Flex orders • Development and launch of new listings • Monitoring and achievement of performance targets • Market analysis and monitoring • Responsibility for analyzing and maintaining the health of marketplace accounts (Shopee, Mercado Livre, and company website) • Pricing of the product mix • Definition of A and B product curves • Creation of listings based on product curves • Launch of items using keyword and relevance strategies • Installation of thermal printers (ZPL) • Image editing and manipulation (Canva) • Campaign and Ads strategies • Integration with the Tiny ERP system • Management of marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, and company website) • Creation and launch of products on e-commerce platforms • Allocation and distribution of marketplace-related tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of e-commerce • Knowledge of campaign creation and strategy, Canva, and marketplaces • Completed high school, technical, or higher education • 1–3 years of professional experience
