• Prospecção Ativa: Abordagem estratégica de novos clientes (B2B) via telefone, WhatsApp e redes sociais • Diagnóstico Consultivo: Identificar as dores do cliente (alta rotatividade, falta de tempo, contratações erradas) antes de apresentar soluções • Apresentação de Soluções: Conduzir reuniões (foco em Google Meet) apresentando o valor agregado dos nossos serviços (Recrutamento, Estagiários, Temporários, etc.) • Negociação e Fechamento: Elaborar propostas alinhadas às necessidades do cliente e conduzir o fechamento do contrato • Gestão no CRM: Manter o funil de vendas atualizado para garantir a previsibilidade de resultados
• Experiência comprovada em vendas consultivas B2B • Perfil resiliente, autônomo e focado em metas • Excelente comunicação e habilidade para lidar com decisores (donos de empresas e gestores) • Mentalidade empreendedora (conforto em trabalhar com remuneração por resultados)
