📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment and selection of candidates for operational positions • Advertise vacancies on appropriate channels, such as job boards, social networks and specialized platforms • Conduct interviews in cities within the region, evaluating candidates' technical and behavioral competencies • Provide candidate follow-up and feedback throughout the selection process • Deliver reports and updates on the progress of selection processes

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection of professionals (preferred) • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or related fields (preferred) • Familiarity with online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (preferred) • Own equipment (laptop and smartphone) to conduct selection processes (preferred) • Vehicle for travel (preferred) • Strong verbal and written communication • Active listening • Organization • Results-oriented • Flexibility • Proactivity
