📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment and selection of candidates for operational roles • Post job openings on job boards, social media, and specialized platforms • Conduct interviews in regional cities, assessing technical and behavioral competencies • Monitor and provide feedback to candidates throughout the selection process • Provide reports and updates on the progress of recruitment processes

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection preferred • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields preferred • Knowledge of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred • Availability of equipment (laptop and smartphone) for conducting recruitment processes preferred • Vehicle for travel preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Active listening • Organizational skills • Results-oriented • Flexibility • Proactivity
