📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment and selection of candidates for operational positions • Post vacancies on appropriate channels, such as job boards, social media, and specialized platforms • Conduct interviews in cities across the region, assessing candidates' technical and behavioral competencies • Provide candidates with updates and feedback throughout the selection process • Prepare reports and provide updates on the progress of selection processes

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection preferred • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields preferred • Familiarity with online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred • Own equipment preferred (laptop and smartphone) for conducting selection processes • Vehicle available for travel preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Active listening • Organizational skills • Results-oriented • Flexibility • Proactivity
