📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment and selection for operational positions • Advertise vacancies on appropriate channels, such as job boards, social media, and specialized platforms • Conduct interviews in cities within the region, assessing candidates' technical and behavioral competencies • Provide candidates with updates and feedback throughout the selection process • Produce reports and provide updates on the status of recruitment processes

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection preferred • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field preferred • Familiarity with online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred • Own equipment (laptop and smartphone) preferred for conducting selection processes • Access to a vehicle for travel preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Active listening • Organizational skills • Results-oriented • Flexibility • Proactivity
