📋 Description
• Use provided job sites/portals to search for resumes • Conduct thorough resume screening • Contact candidates via WhatsApp and phone to assess suitability • Use an internal system to communicate and track each contacted candidate • Schedule interviews, provide feedback and coordinate final interviews • Prepare reports • Use internal portal and follow standardized procedures
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in recruitment and selection processes across various roles and profiles • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office Suite) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Communicative, energetic and proactive attitude • Own computer with unlimited internet connection for remote work • Interest in performance-based compensation • Prior experience in selection processes • Availability during business hours and prompt responsiveness via WhatsApp
