📋 Description

• Recruit candidates for positions ranging from operational-level roles to senior management • Conduct human-centered recruitment processes • Focus on the candidate experience • Advertise vacancies and evaluate candidates with support from the Pandapé platform • Meet recruitment process deadlines and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • Experience in recruitment and selection • Previous experience working as a freelance recruiter • Commitment to deadlines and deliverables • Organized and communicative profile • Ability to conduct human-centered recruitment processes focused on the candidate experience • Experience handling a high volume of vacancies (a plus) • Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency (a plus) • Consultative and strategic profile (a plus)
