📋 Description

• Lead the high-volume recruitment and selection of external sales representatives • Advertise open positions, screen resumes, and conduct interviews • Accurately refer candidates who match the required profile • Submit candidates daily and monitor the progress of each position • Meet agreed deadlines and keep project statuses up to date at all times • Work in partnership with RHF Talentos management and the client

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, including experience with high-volume hiring • Knowledge of the São Paulo city market and ability to recruit effectively in the region • Strong organizational skills, discipline, and results orientation • Responsibility for meeting deadlines and making daily submissions • Availability during business hours and dedication to the project • Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously without compromising quality • Active CNPJ registration required for payment purposes • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration • Preferred professional experience: 1–3 years
