📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from resume screening through interviews. • Administer and evaluate skills and knowledge assessments according to the requirements of each position. • Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for various positions. • Provide clear, objective feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Recruiter. • Knowledge of online recruiting tools and selection methodologies. • Ability to work independently and organize your workflow. • Own infrastructure for remote work (computer, reliable internet connection, and telephone). • Strong communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Bachelor's degree in Psychology. • 1–3 years of professional experience.
