📋 Description
• Define candidate outreach and sourcing strategies; • Schedule interviews; • Conduct interviews and behavioral assessments; • Keep the ATS and databases up to date; • Ensure ongoing communication with clients and candidates.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree completed; • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; • At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment and selection; • Previous experience in recruitment and selection consultancies is a plus.
