📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes • Advertise job openings across various recruitment channels • Screen resumes and proactively source candidates • Schedule and conduct competency-based interviews • Prepare candidate assessments for internal review • Keep the recruitment and selection system up to date • Monitor hiring processes, ensuring quality, organization, and adherence to deadlines • Support the team in identifying and attracting top talent for current openings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 1–3 years of professional experience • Experience working as an independent contractor
