📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from resume screening to conducting interviews. • Administer and evaluate skills and knowledge tests according to the job profiles. • Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for different positions. • Provide clear, objective feedback to candidates and hiring managers about the selection process.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a recruiter. • Knowledge of online recruitment tools and selection methodologies. • Ability to work independently and organize your workflow. • Own remote work infrastructure (computer, reliable internet, phone). • Good communication, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
