• Align candidate profiles with client requirements • Post job openings • Screen resumes • Conduct competency-based interviews • Prepare assessment reports • Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Selection (R&S) processes • Maintain systems and control spreadsheets
🎯 Requirements
• Proactive, committed, and results-oriented • Experience handling high-volume workloads • University degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields • Previous experience in Recruitment & Selection • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Must have a laptop or desktop computer, stable internet connection, and headset with microphone • Appropriate environment for conducting online interviews
