📋 Description

• Support candidate hunting through active sourcing on job posting platforms • Create Canva cards for job postings • Screen resumes • Manage and follow the recruitment process from start to finish • Maintain and manage internal control spreadsheets and job posting platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources • Have the necessary equipment (desktop or laptop and a reliable internet connection) • Ability to work with a sense of urgency • Organized • Resilient • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to learn recruitment and selection activities
