• Active prospecting of companies (B2B) • Consultatively present Recruitment & Selection (R&S) services • Schedule meetings and close proposals • Update CRM and maintain relationships with prospective clients • Meet weekly targets with agility and assertiveness
• Knowledge and experience as an SDR • Previous experience in outbound/active sales (experience in the services sector preferred) • Strong communication, organization, and a self-driven profile • Must be agile, pragmatic, organized, and willing to grow with the company • Proficiency and patience in active prospecting • Experience with automation tools/systems • Ability to qualify prospective clients • Ability to organize tracking spreadsheets • Comfortable with technology • Proactivity, discipline, organization, and resilience • Knowledge of HR or interest in the HR sector is desirable
