• Qualify leads (HR directors or managers from companies hiring within the State of Rio de Janeiro) • Enter valid leads into the campaign CRM • Schedule sales meetings with decision-makers • Request commercial proposals when the lead requests them • Manage the relationship through to contract closing

🎯 Requirements

• Have an active, up-to-date LinkedIn profile • Be willing to use LinkedIn as the main prospecting tool • Commercial profile: proactive and well organized • Previous experience in sales, prospecting, or customer service is a plus • Own a computer and have stable internet access • Work as an independent contractor (MEI or PJ)

🏖️ Benefits

• R$ 25 for every 50 valid warm leads entered into the CRM • R$ 50 per meeting scheduled with a small company • R$ 100 per meeting with a medium company • R$ 150 per meeting with a large company • R$ 40 per requested and sent commercial proposal • 10% commission on closed deals up to R$ 1,500 (net amount) • 12% commission on deals between R$ 1,500 and R$ 7,500 • 15% commission on deals above R$ 7,500 • R$ 100 for 250 valid leads • R$ 200 for 5 meetings scheduled • R$ 300 for 2 contracts closed
