📋 Description

• Lead, plan, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities • Ensure upkeep of facilities, equipment, and operational areas • Ensure safety, functionality, and quality of work environments • Coordinate the maintenance team • Prepare purchase lists for materials • Manage maintenance supplies • Promote continuous improvement of processes • Focus on employee well-being, asset preservation, and sustainability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing maintenance teams • High school diploma (secondary education) • Basic knowledge of building electrical systems • Basic knowledge of hydraulics • Basic knowledge of masonry and painting • Safe use of hand and power tools • Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations • Team management • Maintenance supervision
