• Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational roles (screening, interviews, assessments/reports, feedback) • Align candidate profiles with clients or hiring managers • Post vacancies across multiple channels • Monitor recruitment KPIs • Provide support to managers and handle other Recruitment & Selection team tasks
• Proven experience in recruitment and selection, especially for operational positions • Knowledge of interview techniques and CV/resume screening • Strong communication, organizational skills, and a sense of urgency • Experience managing a high volume of vacancies is desirable
