📋 Description
• Advertise job openings through available channels • Screen and analyze resumes • Proactively source candidates • Contact and engage professionals • Conduct interviews • Assess candidate profiles • Prepare candidate evaluations using the company’s standard internal template • Work collaboratively on Recruitment and Selection processes
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Recruitment and Selection • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Organization and autonomy • Ability to conduct recruitment processes efficiently • Commercial mindset and results orientation • High school diploma
