📋 Description

• Receive and analyze job profiles submitted by RHF • Advertise open positions and actively source candidates • Screen resumes and contact professionals • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for the requested profile • Forward qualified candidates to the client for evaluation • Support candidates throughout the stages of the recruitment process • Keep RHF updated on the progress of open positions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 1–3 years of professional experience • Experience in recruitment and selection • Active sourcing skills • Results-oriented mindset • Proactivity • Strong communication skills • Engagement as an independent contractor, subject to issuing invoices
