📋 Description

• Manage recruitment and selection processes • Develop talent acquisition strategies • Source candidates for strategic and specialized positions • Manage the talent pool and maintain active communication with candidates • Prepare candidate reports and assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably at HR consulting firms • Knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Vagas.com, Pandapé, Catho, etc.) • Ability to conduct competency-based interviews and administer behavioral assessments • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Active CNPJ registration to provide services as an independent contractor • Availability to work remotely • University degree • 1–3 years of professional experience
