📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment processes. • Develop talent acquisition strategies. • Source candidates for strategic and specialized positions. • Manage the talent pool and maintain active communication with candidates. • Prepare candidate reports and assessments. • Connect talent with the right opportunities at client companies.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably with HR consultancies. • Knowledge of recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Vagas.com, Pandapé, Catho, etc.). • Ability to conduct competency-based interviews and administer behavioral assessments. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Active CNPJ registration to provide services as an independent contractor. • Availability to work remotely. • Higher education degree. • Education or specialization in HR, Psychology, or related fields is a plus. • 1–3 years of professional experience. • Experience with high-volume recruitment and strategic positions is a plus. • Experience with active candidate sourcing is a plus.
