📋 Description

• Conduct recruitment and selection processes • Develop a detailed understanding of the profile sought by the hiring company • Provide consultative support throughout each stage of the selection process • Identify and assess professionals with the required skills and cultural alignment • Present finalist candidates • Deliver a shortlist of pre-qualified candidates • Meet deadlines with agility and efficiency • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably in an HR consultancy or employment agency • Experience working remotely in a productivity-based role • Own the necessary equipment, including a laptop and reliable internet connection • Degree or professional training in Psychology • Bachelor's degree in Psychology • 3–5 years of professional experience • Service provider contract as an individual business (PJ), with an active MEI registration for issuing invoices • Sense of urgency • Resilience • Strong verbal and written communication skills
