• Conduct competency-based interviews, profile analysis and cultural-fit assessments. • Handle operational, technical, administrative, leadership and executive vacancies. • Perform headhunting during the recruitment process. • Use screening tools, tests and behavioral assessments. • Prepare technical reports and provide structured feedback. • Support clients in defining the job profile and propose improvements when necessary. • Use recruitment platforms and ATS tools, such as InfoJobs ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. • Update the CRM or the consultancy's management system with process statuses.
