📋 Description

• Post job openings across different channels and use various attraction strategies • Screen resumes and conduct active sourcing • Conduct video interviews • Administer and analyze assessments when necessary • Prepare candidate evaluation reports • Support the client throughout the entire hiring process • Ensure a positive experience for candidates and clients • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with efficiency and quality

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment and selection • Previous experience working remotely (from home) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented profile • Knowledge of recruitment tools and digital platforms • High school diploma • Microsoft Office proficiency • Recruitment • Analytical skills • Environmental management • Microsoft Excel proficiency • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
