📋 Description

• Resume screening: Initial review of resumes to identify candidates who match the job profile. • Job posting: Publish job advertisements on various platforms, such as the company website, social media, and other recruitment channels. • Interview scheduling: Arrange and confirm interviews (individual or group) with candidates. • Running selection processes: Assist with and, occasionally, lead group exercises, administer assessments, and conduct initial interviews. • Administrative support: Organize and update candidate databases, maintain process tracking spreadsheets, and provide feedback to candidates. • Onboarding support: Assist with document collection and the integration of new hires. • Candidate communication: Respond to and communicate with candidates by phone or in person, addressing questions and clarifying doubts.
