• Identificar e atrair talentos através de diferentes canais e estratégias; • Gerir o processo de recrutamento e seleção de candidatos; • Manter uma comunicação clara e constante com os clientes, candidatos e o com a equipe da empresa; • Garantir que os processos de recrutamento sejam eficientes e eficazes; • Fechar as vagas designadas dentro do SLA estipulado; • Bater as metas de contratações com eficiência dentro do prazo.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência comprovada em recrutamento e seleção (generalista); • Capacidade de gerir vagas de alto volume; • Comunicação excepcional, tanto em fala como em escrita; • Excelente gestão, organização e padrão de trabalho; • Capacidade de entregas com rapidez atendendo os SLAs; • Habilidade em trabalhar em equipe com profissionalismo, educação, cordialidade e respeito; • Conhecimento em ATS; • Ter MEI aberto (CNPJ).
