• Analisar perfis e realizar triagem de currículos. • Conduzir entrevistas por vídeo. • Apresentar shortlist de candidatos com qualidade e agilidade. • Alinhar-se com a gestora sobre requisitos e etapas do processo.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência prévia como recrutador (freelance ou CLT). • Excelente comunicação, proatividade e senso de urgência. • Capacidade de entrega sob prazos curtos • Desejável domínio de ATS. • Obrigatório ter CNPJ (MEI ou PJ ativo)
