📋 Description
• Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção de alto volume. • Realizar triagem, entrevistas e encaminhamento de candidatos. • Atuar principalmente com vagas operacionais (varejo). • Garantir entregas dentro de SLAs curtos (2 dias). • Reportar status dos processos e manter alinhamento com a coordenação de R&S.
🎯 Requirements
• Residência em São Paulo (preferencial) ou conhecimento aprofundado da região. • Experiência comprovada com Recrutamento e Seleção de alto volume. • Vivência com vagas operacionais no varejo. • Disponibilidade para atuar em horário comercial. • Organização, agilidade e forte habilidade de relacionamento. • Precisa ter computador/notebook, internet próprio para realizar as atividades.
