📋 Description
• Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção de ponta a ponta • Fazer triagem de currículos em plataformas diversas (LinkedIn, Pandapé, etc.) • Conduzir entrevistas comportamentais e técnicas • Elaborar pareceres de candidatos • Apoiar clientes internos e externos durante o processo seletivo • Atualizar controles e status das vagas em andamento
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência prévia como Recrutador(a) ou Headhunter (mínimo 1 ano) • Vivência em recrutamento de posições operacionais, administrativas e de liderança • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita • Conhecimento de plataformas de recrutamento (Pandapé, Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) • Organização e gestão de prazos
