📋 Description

• Conduct active prospecting (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and phone) • Target small and medium-sized companies • Identify pain points related to turnover, recruitment and selection, NR1 leadership training, and psychosocial risks • Qualify leads • Schedule strategic meetings with decision-makers (HR, managers, or owners)

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or in consultative sales • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized and disciplined for remote work • Goal-oriented profile • Knowledge of HR or the B2B market is a plus
