• Conduct active prospecting of clients through cold calls, emails, and social media. • Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities. • Schedule meetings and presentations. • Build relationships with qualified leads. • Understand customer needs, align our platform solutions, and ensure satisfaction. • Hand off prospects to Sales Representatives. • Work in partnership with Sales Representatives to maximize conversions.
• Experience selling CRM and websites, especially by phone, with a strong customer focus. • Knowledge of digital marketing and sales targets is desirable. • Sales-oriented profile: dynamic, resilient, with excellent communication skills. • Proactive and able to adapt quickly to rapid changes. • Good communication, ability to work under pressure, and ability to adhere to policies and procedures. • Experience using CRM systems and qualifying leads.
