• Conhecimento e experiência com SDR • Experiência prévia com vendas ativas (desejável no segmento de serviços) • Boa comunicação, organização e perfil autônomo. • Deve ter agilidade, praticidade, organização e vontade de crescer com a empresa. • Domínio e paciência para a prospecção ativa, conhecimento em automação de sistemas, capacidade para qualificação de potenciais clientes, organização de planilhas para acompanhamento e facilidade com as tecnologias. • Além de proatividade, disciplina, organização e resiliência. • Desejável conhecimento em RH ou interesse no setor
