📋 Description

• Responsible for the critical review of quality reports, ensuring the technical evaluation of results and identification of deviations. • Consolidate and prepare management presentations with supplier performance indicators, providing insights for continuous improvement; • Conduct periodic meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders (especially the commercial team) to align expectations, discuss results and direct corrective and preventive actions; • Present quality results and indicators to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and supporting decision-making; • Monitor and manage action plans with suppliers, tracking deadlines, effectiveness of measures and the evolution of indicators to ensure continuous improvement of processes and products.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; • Technical courses in textiles or garment manufacturing; • Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint; • Experience analyzing quality indicators; • Problem-solving tools (e.g., PDCA); • Management of action plans and supplier relationship management.
