Craft&Craft is a boutique Istanbul-based studio that designs and produces bespoke corporate gifts, branded packaging and curated experience boxes tailored to a client’s corporate identity and budget. They work with local artisans and designers to create handcrafted, refined and artful gift sets for corporate events, workshops and brand activations, and offer an online catalog and ordering for bespoke or catalogue selections. Craft&Craft also runs workshops and creates experiential packages to help brands leave memorable impressions.

📋 Description

• Process export booking requests for shipments in the United States, serving internal and external customers. • Establish customer-focused operational workflows and metrics, maintaining close follow-up. • Liaise with headquarters for all necessary support and guidance. • Ensure timely, professional responses to all emails, phone calls, and other available communication tools. • Handle key accounts that require extra attention. • Attend to customer requests for bookings, pickups, and general transportation-related issues. • Monitor routing requests to ensure all charges are applied in accordance with the contract. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues between customers, agents, vendors, and Craft offices. • Track LTL, FTL, drayage, and in-transit shipments to our consolidation/rail facilities or U.S. ports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. • Advanced spoken English — will serve U.S. clients. • Spanish is a plus. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Experience with freight forwarders and/or NVOCCs is desirable. • Knowledge of export and import routines and procedures. • Ability to interpret scenarios, positive attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn, and proactivity. • Experience with U.S. export processes is a plus.
