📋 Description

• Support the calculation, review, and reconciliation of IRPJ and CSLL, ensuring the consistency of tax bases and compliance with current legislation; • Perform reconciliations of taxes (PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, withholding taxes and import duties), analyzing differences between tax, accounting bases and ancillary obligations, identifying discrepancies and supporting remediation; • Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of statutory tax filings, ensuring data quality and adherence to regulatory deadlines; • Analyze tax variances, helping identify inconsistencies and improve internal controls; • Monitor and support reconciliation of the tax current account, including balance monitoring, offsets and potential outstanding issues with tax authorities; • Support the review of tax accounting entries, ensuring alignment between accounting and tax records (accounting-to-tax bridge); • Prepare and organize information for internal and external audits, and provide support for tax inspections; • Assist in tracking tax notices and audits, contributing to analysis and preparation of responses; • Provide support to internal teams on questions related to interpretation and application of tax legislation, offering appropriate guidance; • Monitor updates in tax legislation, assessing impacts primarily on IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS and withholding taxes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; • IT skills: intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office; • Knowledge of indirect and direct taxes, including IRPJ and CSLL; • Experience with SAP, SAP TDF and Mastersaf/GF; • Agile and proficient in tax systems; • Prior experience in the Telecommunications sector; • Experience with tools such as Alteryx and Python.
